Package 1: Personal Program and Goal Setting

Our certified personal fitness trainer will help you get started with your fitness goals. This session includes goal setting, general nutrition counselling, individual program design, and equipment orientation. 1.5 hours

Package 2: Fitness Appraisal

Involves measuring various components of physical fitness: body composition, cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, power, balance, and flexibility. 1.5hours

Package 4: Dynamic Postural Assessment 

This session includes a total body muscle balance & postural assessment.  Using the results of the assessment our certified personal fitness trainer/corrective exercise specialist will develop a program for you designed to improve muscle symmetry and efficiency. 1.5 hours

Adult: $100.00 Senior: $89.50

 

Body Composition Assessment

Includes total body measurements, Body Mass Index (BMI), weight, and height measurements. 30 minutes

Adult: $26.50 Senior: $21.00
