Group Fitness Classes

All of the Bold Center’s fitness classes are led by experienced instructors with specific technical training and certifications to make sure that you have a positive experience. We are passionate about the benefits of physical activity and we develop and deliver programs for individuals of all abilities. Whether it’s your first time participating in a group exercise class or you are looking to take your current training or competition to the next level, the Bold Center has the right instructor, the right program, and the right experience for you.

The Bold Center has a wide variety of programs to meet your needs. Remember that anyone who will be participating in Bold Center fitness classes or personal training must complete a waiver and a PAR-Q form. Be completely honest with your answers – your safety and well-being are extremely important to us. All forms must be submitted BEFORE participating in the program. This includes fitness class drop-ins.

PARQ+AFLCA form 2018

Your PAR-Q is good for one year provided there are no changes to your health or physical condition that would result in any changes to your “No” answers to a “Yes”. The PARmed-X is good for 6 months.

Pregnant women are required to fill out the PARmed-X for Pregnancy.

If you have medical concerns or issues, you will be given a PARmed-X form to take to your physician.

Recreational Leagues

The Bold Center’s adult recreation sports leagues aim to provide a friendly, non-competitive place for participants to improve their fitness and meet new Volleyballpeople. The adult sports leagues are excellent for newcomers looking to meet new people. Best of all, you don’t need to be a seasoned athlete to play. Diversity in players’ skills and personalities make the leagues more fun!
